Our colleagues at Delta Insurance Company

 

First, I extend to all of you our heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, may God bring it back to all of us and to the Delta family to secure goodness and prosperity.

Perhaps it is worth noting that my joining the head of the company 4 months ago was like a new page in my professional life, during which I hope to achieve the desired goals of the company.

I noticed, during that limited period, that the company enjoyed great resources in the various branches of insurance and promising, ambitious young people with unlimited capabilities waiting for support and guidance.

Perhaps our primary goal is sustainable profitable business, and this will only be achieved through continuous work to develop and modernize the company to catch up with the train of great development in the insurance industry globally and locally, and then place Delta Insurance in the position it deserves in the Egyptian insurance market.

Therefore, our strategy in the coming period will be based on the following:

 

- Improving the work method and insurance service excellence operation and quality of services

internally between the company’s various departments and between the company and its customers in order to provide the best insurance service to the company’s customers from all relevant departments, which begins with communicating with customers until documents are delivered, collected, and following up with customers with an emphasis on speed. Interaction and response at all stages.

The necessity of the departments working in the various branches of insurance in what is called cross selling, and not just focusing on the branch they are working on only.

 

- New innovative products

- Working to innovate new products, create demand, promote it, and settle it through various marketing methods

 

- Strategic partnerships

This is done by building strategic partnerships between the company and insurance and non-insurance institutions based on mutual benefits

 

- Digitalization:

This is done by building a strong technological environment for the company that meets the requirements for development and modernization in the industry and working on marketing and electronic selling of the company’s products.

 

- Maintaining a distinguished work team and attracting rare talents:

Activate branches

- The company has 18 branches covering the governorates of Egypt, from which more production is expected, as the share of the branches  from the company’s portfolio is limited.

 

- Continuous training

 

The companies’ results were shown in the annual report issued by the Financial Supervision Authority, and despite achieving good growth rates last year, the company’s share decreased from 3.4% to 3.2%, which means that the market growth is higher than the company’s growth, which led to the erosion of a significant portion. Of the company's market share

Therefore, all male and female colleagues working in the company as administrators and producers must work, work, unify efforts, and support the departments to each other in order to achieve the desired profitable growth, which can only be achieved through your efforts in the next stage.
