Engineering Insurance

Construction and Erection All Risks Insurance (CAR/EAR):

This insurance covers All Risks that engineering projects may face, including construction, paving, road development, warehouses, installation of machinery, factory equipment, workshops, hospitals, and more. It includes coverage for fire, explosions, lightning, and electrical circuit failures. The coverage also extends to include losses resulting from natural hazards, such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, soil and rock collapses.

Onshore Contractor's Plants & Equipment (CPM):

This insurance covers All Risks of Onshore Contractor's Plants & Equipment during operation in the site. The coverage also extends to include losses resulting from inland transportation or movement between sites.

Machinery Breakdown (M/B):

This insurance covers All Risks due to internal malfunctions to machinery and equipment face during operation, stoppage, or while being dismantled for cleaning or maintenance. The coverage also extends to include losses resulting from inland transportation or movement between sites.

Electronic Equipment Insurance (EEI):

This insurance covers All Risks of Electronic Machines and Equipment, Main Servers, Control Rooms, and Hospital Equipment’s may be exposed to during operation, stoppage, or disassembly for cleaning or maintenance due to internal malfunctions of the machines. This insurance also extends to cover subsequent installations of these Equipment.

Detrition of Stock:

This insurance covers All Risks that stored stock in Refrigerated or Frozen Warehouses, as well as Mobile Refrigerators, may be exposed to, leading to the corruption of these contents resulting from any sudden and unexpected material loss or damage to the refrigeration machines.

Insurance against Liability Risks:

This insurance covers legal liability towards the third party other than the two contracting parties. The insurance coverage extends to Employers, Consultants and Engineers for accidents that may occur to them while performing their work at the site to be insured. It may be added as an additional risk to first and second sections at additional premium.
